Job summary

ALLEN Digital is seeking a Product Manager for AI experiences in education. You will envision new AI applications to delight students and accelerate learning outcomes.

The role focuses on intuitive, engaging interfaces that create stickiness and differentiate the product in a rapidly growing EdTech market. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of product experience, a strong foundation in delivering software from ideation to delivery, and a passion for consumer-facing educational products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs).
• MBA from Tier I B-schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable.
• 2-4 years of prior product experience.
• Experience in delivering software products (from ideation to delivery) is a must.
• Prior experience of building consumer products from scratch (and not just minor optimizations) is a massive plus.
• Candidate should have good understand of business & product metrics, logical problem solving along with understanding of consumer behavior.
• Candidates should be highly motivated towards problem solving in the EdTech domain for students, teachers and parents.

Generative AI will revolutionize nearly every aspect of education starting from content generation to immersive experiences to interactive problem solving, test analytics and personalized study planning. The Product Manager for AI experiences is responsible for envisioning new and compelling AI applications that will delight students and accelerate learning outcomes. They will obsess over building highly intuitive and engaging user interfaces that connect with students and drive stickiness. The vision is to make AI experiences a market differentiator and a leveler that makes education fun and motivating for students across the proficiency spectrum
