Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking an Industry Process Consultant in India to work on global projects from Pune or Bengaluru. You will build Digital Twins of products and plants, leverage the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, and design tailored solutions for diverse industries.

Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and value realization. You will gain exposure to Knowledge-Based Engineering, digital manufacturing, and advanced simulation, with opportunities to travel

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience using CATIA and DELMIA.
• Knowledge of DELMIA Digital Manufacturing concepts and workflows.
• Experience creating MBOM, Process Plans and Work Instructions using DELMIA.
• Knowledge of Factory Flow Simulation on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform for optimizing throughput.
• Experience with Offline Programming and Robotic Simulation using DELMIA.
• Knowledge of Ergonomic Analysis using DELMIA.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work with global clients.
• Engineering degree with ability to work independently and travel globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on global projects to build Digital Twins of products or plants across industries.
• Develop hands-on expertise with applications available on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and global clients to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Continuously learn and apply new skills in Knowledge-Based Engineering, design automation, and digital manufacturing.
• Be prepared to travel internationally to support project activities on-site.

Qualification

• 5-7 years of experience in using tools like CATIA, DELMIA
• Know-how of DELMIA Digital Manufacturing concepts and workflows
• Knowledge of creating MBOM, Process Plans and Work Instructions using DELMIA
• Knowledge of using Factory Flow Simulation, on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, for optimizing throughput of a production line by evaluating effect of changes in factory layout, number of resources, number of equipment etc.
• Knowledge of doing Offline Programming & Robotic Simulation using DELMIA
• Knowledge of doing Ergonomic Analysis using DELMIA
• Knowledge of Virtual Commissioning , PLCs using any Process Simulation Tools is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Time & Motion study would be an added advantage
• Hands-on or conceptual experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of a scripting or programming language.
• Strong analytical thinking to understand customer processes and craft effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, customer focus, and readiness to take initiative.
• Engineering degree (any discipline), with the ability and willingness to work independently, travel globally, and adapt to new challenges.
