Job summary

Dassault Systèmes seeks a Functional Trainer to enable worldwide partners and DS employees on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will develop training content, mentor instructors, and deliver sessions across multiple time zones in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

The role requires a Mechanical or Mechatronics background, up to 3 years PLM experience, and willingness to travel for training and profiling across APAC/EMEA/NAM regions.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronic domain with relevant PLM exposure.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and ability to train diverse audiences.
• Readiness to work across GEOs with varying training schedules.
• Exposure to DS tools like 3DEXPERIENCE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enable/train Dassault Systèmes employees and SI/CPE partners on 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Create training content and mentor participants to become top instructors.
• Deliver trainings live (remote) or in F2F mode and travel as needed.
• Coordinate with global teams to maintain consistent training quality.

In this profile, you will be part of Global Services Delivery Center, Enablement Team; dedicated to offering highly scalable best-in-class quality services to Dassault Systèmes and its Systems Integrator (SI) Partners and Customer Process Experience (CPE) Partners, in order to accelerate, ease and ensure the deployment of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform. #DSGS

In this role, you will be part of team which is responsible to enableDS employees and partners who will implement 3DEXPERIENCE platform for worldwide customers.You willenable / train DS Partners to gain up to date knowledge on cutting-edge Dassault Systèmes technologies. You will be provided all support including training material, mentoringand knowledge needed to become a top performing trainer.

Readiness to adjust to Work Timings which will vary as per GEO for which Training will be delivered e.g.

APAC Training Start Time 7 AM IST

EMEA Training End Time 8 PM IST approx.

NAM Actual Training Timing (Half Day Basis) – 6:30 to 10:30 PM IST.

Delivery of trainings in live virtual (Remote) OR in F2F Mode as per needs of company. Readiness to travel for the same as per company needs.

Creation of training content as & when required

Qualifications

Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronic Domain.

Up to 3 Years experience of PLM technology/platform, MBSE

Readiness to work in this profile (Trainer) for at least 2-3 years

Good written and verbalcommunication and analytical/logical skills

Mandatory Technical Skills | Engineering Basics, Engineering Graphics-Drawing, Geometry, Visualization & Manufacturing Fundamentals.

Good to Have Skills | CAD, CAM, PLM & Multi Brand Topics on 3DEXPERIENCE or other DS tools. Manufacturing, MES, SAP, ERP and / or SQL. Skills on MBSE-SysML, NetVibes, AI-ML would be a strong advantage.

Excellent written & verbal communication. Time Management. Readiness to Work & Adjust in Team & Support Team & Management. To Help in maintaining excellent work culture in Team. Attitude of taking ownership of activities or tasks assigned.
