Job summary

Nestle is seeking a plant maintenance and operations professional in India to oversee the shift operations and skill development of a 21-person team. The role includes AMM planning, regulatory and internal audits, and routine and plant maintenance to ensure compliance and reliable production.

Responsibilities also cover energy management, annual regulatory tasks, and budgeting for maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will drive maintenance excellence, coordinate multi-section plant

• ETP / STP (3) management
• Energy/Resource optimization (MIS/SHPM)
• Annual regulatory compliance and license management
• Budget management for AMM and maintenance
• M&I planning and execution for Boiler/Air Heater
• Critical non-routine maintenance for ref plant and utilities
• Energy saving projects identification and execution
• ICOMPLY/IACL compliance

• Shift Operations,
• AMM Planning ( Team)
• Regulatory Compliance
• Internal Compliance ( BHSA/ Ammonia Audits)
• Routine Maintenance
• Plant Maintenance in Compliance with

• 8 Sections in DG/ Ref operators
• 7 Sections of Boiler Air Heater
• 3 in ETP / STP
• Value Yard
• Total Flocs Handled is around 75
• Annual Regulatory Compliance and license requirements
• Boiler 3 Nos
• HWRA 1 Nos
• HSPCB - ETP/ Stack/ Hazardous/ Bio Medical
• Budget Management for AMM/ Routine maintenance
• Annual M& I Planning and execution ( Boiler/ Air Heater)
• Critical non routine Maintenance for Ref Plant/ Air compressor/ Cooling towers/ RO/ ETP etc
• MIS report and Energy Standards compliance
• DMO reports and SHPM reports ( Weekly/ Monthly/ Annual)
• QMS compliance in Industrial Services ( HACCP/ SOPS/ OMS/ GI/ Compliance)
• Energy Saving Projects Identification and Execution
• ICOMPLY/ IACL Compliance
