Adecco India is urgently hiring an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer for the Chakan location near Pune. Face-to-face interviews only, immediate joining desired, with 3rd party payroll arrangement.

Responsibilities include developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting new product industrialization, overseeing machines, fixtures, tooling and automation projects, and driving cycle-time, productivity and line-balancing improvements.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Mechatronics/Industrial Eng.
• Experience in manufacturing process optimization and industrialization.
• Exposure to automation projects and line-balancing initiatives.

• Manage machine, fixture, tooling and automation projects
• Drive cycle-time, productivity and line-balancing improvements
• Coordinate machine installation, commissioning and trials
