Job summary

• Conduct time & motion (GSD/SMV) studies for all operations
• Calculate and maintain accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) for styles
• Perform line balancing to achieve maximum efficiency
• Monitor production efficiency, DHU, and hourly output
• Plan operator allocation based on skill matrix
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper capacity planning and target setting
• Support new style implementation (pilot run)
• Drive lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction)
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams
• Analyze daily production reports and suggest improvements
• Ensure work aids and layout optimization for smooth workflow
