Job summary

The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP MM/PP, CAD tools, and MS Office, along with strong knowledge of lean methods and quality tools.

Qualifications

• Routing validation and addition for new material codes for components, pumps, pump sets, spares; SAP routing maintenance.
• OEE calculation and MIS preparation for loss data analysis.

Designation: Manager

Education:

B. Tech or B.E. Production / Mechanical

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Role & responsibilities

• Cycle time estimation and validation by using time and motion study\
• Process & Cycle time validation for Routing.
• Routing Addition for New Material codes for Components, Pumps, Pump sets, Spares. Maintenance of Routings in SAP
• MIS generation for Loss data analysis & utilization
• OEE calculation and present MIS to management
• Machine and equipment layout preparation and execution
• CFT member for TPM implementation at Machine shop and Assembly
• handling SAP related transactions (PP and MM module)
• Capacity calculation
• Machine shop and Assembly Manpower calculation
• Prepare and periodic review of Rate & zero base Cost estimation of Labor, Activity, Processes for KOV operations with input from CGS, Materials, Finance, HRM & C and concern divisions.
• Designing, ordering & implementation of facility requirements to production division
• Participation as a CFT member in Manufacturing Division Productivity improvement & cost reduction projects

Technical Special-

• Auto CAD, Factory CAD, Any 3D modeling software e.g. Pro E
• Engineering Drawing reading, GD &T
• Knowledge of time study, motion study
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, Microsoft projects
• Knowledge of different types of Machines and equipments used in Machine shop and assemblies
• Knowledge of cutting tools/ cutting parameters
• Knowledge of cost sheets/ ROI calculations
• Knowledge of OEE/ MOST calculations
• Knowledge of SAP MM, PP etc. module.
• Knowledge of lean techniques, VSM, VAVE etc.
• Knowledge of seven QC tools, six sigma etc.
