Job summary

ABB in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training for customers, in classroom or on-site settings. You will also create course materials and handle post-training activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective delivery.

You will collaborate with Field Service and other teams, supervise course administration, and contribute to updates of e-learning content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Industrial Automation Systems (DCS/PLC).
• Experience delivering technical training or customer training sessions preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on programming, testing, and commissioning of ABB System 800xA DCS.
