ABB is seeking a senior Process Automation professional to lead DCS engineering efforts in our Energy Industries Division in Bangalore. You will act as a design authority, guiding multiple projects and ensuring deliverables meet contract specs, quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards.
The role requires deep DCS experience, strong networking and virtualization skills, and the ability to mentor teams while managing scope, cost, and schedules in a hybrid work model.

This Position reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.
