Job description

Overview

• Lender management, credit proposals, resolution of queries from lenders
• Preparation of daily cash position and projections for monthly liquidity requirement
• Investment in Mutual Funds & Fixed Deposits along with monitoring of investment returns
• Preparation of hypothecation sheet, book debt statements and drawing power statement
• Computation of free pool for PTC and DA transactions
• Preparation of PTC and DA collection reports
• Preparation of ALM
• Preparation and monitoring of financial covenants
• Preparation of master data, collection files, borrowing profile, corporate presentation, disbursal report, stock statements etc
• Monthly and quarterly reporting to lenders, rating agencies and trustees
• Preparation of committee presentations – ALCO, Risk, Board, Finance Reviews
• Managing statutory audits, internal audits, lender visits, stock audit and quarterly reviews
• Tracking of Rate resets, arranging NOCs from lenders, recovery of TDS refunds from lenders
• Arranging certificates- UFCE, Due diligence, Multiple banking arrangement, covenant compliance, End use

What you will need to succeed
