You will own end-to-end reporting cadences (daily, weekly, monthly) and build standardized dashboards ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Business Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across business units.
• Analyze performance variances, spot trends, and identify operational risks and growth opportunities.

Reporting & Dashboard Management:

• Own end-to-end operational and executive reporting cadences (daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews).
• Build, maintain, and update standardized dashboards, ensuring high data accuracy and timeliness.

Strategic Support & Analytics:

• Execute ad hoc financial and business analyses to evaluate new initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Sales) to support problem-solving and business planning.

Presentation & Executive Communication:

• Prepare high-impact presentations and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is preferred.
• Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning, financial modelling capability, and attention to detail.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact with cross-functional team leads.
