Jubilant FoodWorks (JFL) is seeking a Finance Analyst to prepare monthly and quarterly revenue analyses, delivering key performance metrics and insights. You will collaborate with diverse business teams to identify corrective actions and drive value through rigorous analysis.

Responsibilities include variance analysis, trend identification, benchmarking, and KPI tracking, with a focus on supporting strategic initiatives and automation of data visualization and dashboards.

Formación

• Experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue analyses and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business teams to drive corrective actions based on analysis.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain custodian role for data banks and financial records.
• Prepare analyses like payback, cost tracking, and KPI monitoring and discuss with regional teams.

Role & responsibilities

Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Revenue Analysis and business performance financial matrix with key takeaways

Collaborate with these business teams for corrective actions, drive value improvement backed by analysis.

Monthly Analysis on results, perform Variance Analysis, identify trends and make recommendation for

improvements

In depth analysis with cross country business matrix and insights

Custodian of data bank and financial records of businesses

Prepare various other analysis (e.g. Restaurant Payback Analysis, Costs analysis and tracking of Key KPIs) and

discuss with Regional teams for execution

Support Mergers & acquisitions lead investment decision and Strategic initiatives

Communicate financial concepts and implications to Non- Finance stakeholders

Conduct benchmarking analysis against industry standards, competitors and historical data

Evaluate and performance tracking of business proposals

Performance & Incentive Measurement- Drive project Vijay and savings agenda

Driving continuous improvement in process and partner in automation projects to improve data Visualisation and

Dashboards

Other Skills:

Strong Proficiency in Financial modelling, Excel and ERP/BI tools

Ability to work in Fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Business Acumen with experience in benchmarking and industry analysis

Excellent analytical, problem solving and Communication skill
