Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking a Business Analytics professional to monitor performance, build KPI dashboards, and provide strategic insights. You will own reporting cadences across the business and partner with Operations, Product, and Sales to drive data-led improvements.

You should excel in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools, with strong numerical reasoning, financial modeling, and excellent communication to present outcomes to leadership.

Role & responsibilities

• Business Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metricsacross business units.
• Analyze performance variances, spot trends, and identify operational risks and growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Dashboard Management:
• Own end-to-end operational and executive reporting cadences (daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews).
• Build, maintain, and update standardizeddashboards, ensuring high data accuracy and timeliness.
• Strategic Support & Analytics :
• Execute ad hoc financial and business analyses to evaluate new initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Operations, Product, Sales) to support problem-solving and business planning.
• Presentation & Executive Communication :
• Prepare high-impact presentations and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is preferred.
