Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a seasoned Salesforce CRM and Veeva specialist to drive the adoption of the latest technologies, guide clients on data management problems, and act as a SME for digital best practices. You will work with leadership to deliver end-to-end Salesforce/Veeva solutions and manage client communications.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, Veeva modules, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce technologies including Veeva CRM/Veeva modules.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and flows.
• Strong exposure to Lightning Experience and App Builder tools; expertise in Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and User Access Management.
• Understanding of Salesforce data and security models, record-level access, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and Sandbox to Production deployments.
• Experience handling client communications and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce CRM and related solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will work with the leadership team to bring expertise in areas such as Salesforce CRM Configuration, Veeva Modules, etc. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce CRM and suite solutions aligned with business and client objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM, advising on digital best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and end-users to define, gather, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure custom objects, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, record types, profiles, permission sets, and flows.

What You'll Need

Salesforce Platform

• 8+ years of hands-on experience on relevant Veeva CRM and Salesforce technologies.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration - custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and flows.
• Strong exposure to Lightning Experienceand App Builder tools.
• Expertise in Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and User Access Management.
• Understanding of SalesforceData and Security Model, Record-Level Access, and Sharing Rules.
• Familiar with Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and Sandbox to Production deployments.
• Mandatory experience in handling client communications and team management.

Veeva Systems

• Experience in atleast one or more Veeva modules, such as:
  • Veeva CRM / Vault CRM (Call Reporting, CLM, MyInsights, Xpages Suggestions)(Preferred)
  • Veeva System integrations
• Ability to understand Veeva data model, configuration structure, and metadata-driven setup.
• Exposure toSalesforce triggers, apex, developer console.
• Understanding of pharma/life sciences business processes supported by Veeva (Commercial).

Domain Knowledge

• Familiarity with Life Sciences / Pharmacommercial or regulatory processes.
• Understanding ofdata compliance workflows,HCP/HCO management, andsample management.
