Job summary

Customertimes Corp. in India seeks a Senior Veeva CRM Developer to design, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions for our Life Sciences business. This role collaborates with commercial teams, IT, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM implementations and integrations.

You will configure dashboards, workflows, and integrations with SOAP/REST APIs, perform testing and code reviews, and provide post-go-live support while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and/or Vault development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Data Loader.
• Veeva CRM/Vault certifications and/or Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements
