As we continue to broaden our global footprint, with India emerging as our next key focus country following Vietnam, we’re pleased to announce the successful launch of our first store in India, Pizza 4P's Indiranagar, Bangalore in December 2023. We are now gearing up to inaugurate 2-3 additional restaurants by the end of 2025.

The Civil Engineer - Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by overseeing store concepts and site management in construction phase to ensure the time‑line as well as quality excellent in Pizza 4P's India. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer - Site Supervisor to join our team and this position will report directly to the Business Development Manager.

THE DELIVERABLES

Store Concept Development

• Collaborate with senior management and external architects to develop and refine store concepts that align with the brand’s identity and vision of Pizza 4P’s.
• Oversee the development of store layouts, interior design, and branding elements to create a cohesive and appealing dining environment.

Site Management and Coordination

• Manage the site selection process, from initial inspection to final approval, ensuring sites meet all operational and brand standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful completion of store setups and renovations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction or renovation phases.

Reporting

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status for senior management review.

Budget Management

• Develop and manage budgets for site acquisition, renovation, and opening costs.
• Monitor expenses and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable rental agreements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee complex site development and renovation projects.
• Solid understanding of market analysis, site selection, and interior design concepts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
