Job summary

ProcDNA, a life sciences analytics partner, seeks a Senior Analyst to join its Patient Analytics Team in India.

You will build patient-level datasets by linking claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data, and translate results into actionable insights for brand, access, and medical strategies.

Strong SQL, Excel, PowerPoint skills are required; Python experience helps. You will collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced environment across Gurgaon, Pune, Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 1–2.5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages.
• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data driven narratives
• Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights
