Job summary

ProcDNA in Gurgaon and Pune, India is seeking an Associate Engagement Lead to uncover insights from patient-level data and shape outcomes in life sciences. You will lead analyses around patient journeys, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation.

The role requires 3-4.5 years in patient-level analytics, strong SQL, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with longitudinal data sources. You will collaborate with global teams and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4.5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages
• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, datadriven narrative
• Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights
• Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment
