Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking an Associate Engagement Lead in Bangalore to drive patient analytics projects, map patient journeys, and guide strategic insights for pharma clients.

You will work with claims, EMR, and specialty data, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to building scalable analytics accelerators.

The role requires 3–4.5 years of experience, strong SQL, Excel, and communication, and comfort with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4.5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages
• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data-driven narratives
• Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
• Strong communication skills with theability to distill complex data into strategic insights
• Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment
