Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Incubation Manager at AIC-CCMB, located in Hyderabad. The Incubation Manager will oversee daily operations of the incubation center, including engaging with start-ups, organizing workshops, and providing support for business development. Key responsibilities include managing infrastructure, coordinating mentorship programs, building industry networks, and identifying funding opportunities. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to create a supportive environment for innovation and growth.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a PhD/M.Tech/M.E. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Engineering from a reputed institution, have at least 4 years’ experience in a bio-incubator, possess strong understanding of biotech/medtech commercialization and government funding ecosystems, and demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and multi-project management skills.
