Responsibilities
- Oversee the incubation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
- Foster startup mentoring, business validation, market access, and investor connect programs.
- Monitor startup performance, incubation outcomes, and impact metrics.
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset through workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, startup challenges, and innovation competitions.
- Encourage interdisciplinary innovation and industry-driven startup initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with industries, investors, accelerators, incubators, government agencies, and startup ecosystems.
- Liaise with organizations such as Startup India, MSME, AICTE, DST, SSIP, and innovation councils.
- Develop a network of mentors, investors, domain experts, and entrepreneurs.
- Support startups in business planning, legal compliance, IP filing, technology commercialization, and fundraising.
- Facilitate incubation support services and ecosystem engagement activities.
- Manage operational, financial, and administrative activities of the incubation centre.
- Prepare annual plans, reports, utilization statements, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure effective utilization of incubation infrastructure and resources.
- Promote innovation, applied research, patent filing, and technology transfer activities.
- Encourage commercialization of research projects and student innovations.
- Support innovation-driven academic and industrial collaborations.

The Sr. Manager/ Manager – Student Startup & Incubation Centre will lead and strengthen the University’s startup and innovation ecosystem by promoting entrepreneurship among students, faculty, alumni, and aspiring innovators. The role involves strategic leadership, incubation management, industry networking, startup mentoring, fundraising, policy implementation, and coordination with government and industry bodies.
The Manager/Sr. Manager will be responsible for creating a vibrant entrepreneurial culture within the University and ensuring the successful execution of incubation, innovation, and startup development programs.
