Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi Paschim Vihar is seeking a seasoned finance professional for revenue and audit functions. You will support audits, verify daily reports against PMS/POS, and reconcile room and F&B revenues, packages, and discounts across all hotel outlets.

The role requires 5–6 years in finance/revenue audit within hospitality, strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of internal controls and revenue recognition principles. On-site work in Delhi with a focus on accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-6 years' experience in a Finance, Revenue Audit, Income Audit, Night Audit, or Accounts Receivable role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Experience using hotel Property Management Systems and POS systems, with Opera knowledge being critical.
• Experience reconciling daily revenue, investigating variances, and preparing audit documentation.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and internal control procedures.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue cycles including Rooms, F&B, and other operating revenues.
• Proficiency in cash handling, credit card reconciliation, rebates, discounts, and revenue recognition.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and supporting documents.
• Verify daily revenue reports against the PMS and POS systems.
• Reconcile room revenue, occupancy, ADR, packages, discounts, complimentary rooms, and other room-related transactions.
• Audit daily revenue generated from Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Spa, Laundry, and other hotel outlets.
• Review and verify Food & Beverage sales, voids, discounts, complimentary checks, cancellations, and adjustments.
• Check cashier settlements and ensure all collections are properly accounted for.
• Reconcile cash, credit card, online payments, city ledger, and other payment modes.
• Verify credit card settlements and investigate discrepancies.
• Review Night Audit reports and ensure all transactions are correctly posted.
• Identify revenue discrepancies, unusual transactions, and report them to the Finance team.
