Qualifications

• 2+ years of US Healthcare Voice Process experience.
• Experience in Patient Access, Pharmacy Support, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, PAP, or Reimbursement programs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Strong listening, probing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound call environment.
• CRM tools, MS Office, and pharmacy management systems experience preferred.

Employment Type: 6-8 Month Contract extendable on the base of your performance

Payroll: Allegis Group

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST/6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST Work Mode: 5 days' work from office
