Job summary

HDY Technologies in Hyderabad seeks a Consumer Presales Advocate to handle inbound customer sales inquiries through phone and chat. The candidate will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable technology products, handle objections and guide customers toward purchase.

Responsibilities include handling inbound B2C sales inquiries, driving conversions, upselling and cross-selling, maintaining CRM data, and meeting sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C/Retail/Inside Sales/Inbound Sales/Telesales.
• Consultative or techno sales experience.
• Consumer electronics or technology product sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

• Drive sales conversion, upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer objections and close sales.
• Conduct customer follow-ups.
• Maintain customer information and sales activity in CRM.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance.
• Achieve sales, conversion, CSAT and productivity targets.
