Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory with a strong BFSI lending focus. You will analyse client needs, design and implement loan-related solutions, and support training and deployment of new systems across India and abroad as per project requirements.

The role requires deep lending product knowledge and experience in process definition, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration to drive digital transformation initiatives for financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge of banking and lending products.
• 3–7 years of experience in BFSI, preferably in lending space.
• Experience from Big 4/ Banks/ NBFCs/ Fintech/ IT consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of digital transformation projects within BFSI.
• Define lending processes and gather requirements for LOS/LMS functionalities.
• Act as liaison between business and development, clarify requirements and manage gaps.
• Track multiple projects, govern project and change management, and ensure IT governance compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver project outcomes on time.
