Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Associate in Advisory Industry with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to analyse requirements, implement CRM solutions, and provide training for seamless adoption.

You will collaborate across functions to deliver scalable CRM integrations, establish environments and CI/CD practices, and guide junior engineers while advising clients on roadmap opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA or related field.
• Experience implementing CRM solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize MS D365 CRM to deliver scalable solutions.
• Design and develop custom components and extensions.
• Build integrations with upstream/downstream systems via APIs.
• Establish environments, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• Define non-functional requirements and perform tuning and security checks.
• Produce technical documentation and runbooks.
• Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and UAT support.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise on roadmaps and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize MS D365 CRM platform to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Design and develop custom components and extensions using platform-specific tooling and languages
• Build and secure integrations with upstream/downstream systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware
• Establish and manage environments, source control, and CI/CD pipelines; enforce branching, code quality, and release practices.
• Define and meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, reliability, and security; perform tuning and guardrails
• Produce clear technical documentation: solution designs, API/interface contracts, data dictionaries, deployment guides, and operations runbooks
• Ensure quality through unit/integration testing, automated test coverage where applicable, peer code reviews, and structured defect triage; support UAT
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, data engineers, UX, and change management to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, coding standards, and best practices
• Advise clients on platform roadmaps, release impacts, and optimization opportunities across adjacent tools
