Job summary

Bosch Ltd. in India is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee establishment matters, employee transportation, and HR excellence initiatives at the Bidadi plant. The role focuses on processing employee life cycle activities, engagement calendars, and governance with ER BPs.

The candidate will manage transportation fleets, maintain HR dashboards, and support absenteeism counseling, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• MSW, MBA or PGDM in HR with relevant HR/IR focus.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR/IR domain.
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and employee life cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Establishment Matters: processing employee life cycle activities including Long Term Settlement topics and anchoring engagement calendars with ER BPs.
• Employee Transportation: manage vendor buses, route surveys, cost optimization, audits, invoicing, and grievance handling.
• Support Towards HR Excellence: maintain HR dashboards and processes for Workmen and Treinars, support counseling absenteeism cases.

Job Description

Establishment Matters: Processing various aspects of employee life cycle related activities and including Long Term Settlement topics pertaining to workmen.Anchoring employee engagement calendar pertaining to workmen and ensuring adherence in close coordination with ER BPs.

EmployeesTransportation:
Manage and administer complete fleet of buses deployed by the vendor for employee transport in coordination with the vendor covering various activities like, bus route survey, route rationalization and cost optimization, internal audits, invoice processing, grievance management pertaining to transport etc.

Support Towards HR Excellence : Maintain HR Dashboard, ensure upkeep of all processes pertaining to Workmen and Treinars in coordination with ER BPs and support in counselling absenteeism cases.
