Job summary

Bosch Group in India seeks an experienced HR/IR professional for the Bidadi plant to lead contract labour administration, statutory compliance and government liaison.

You will ensure adherence to policy, manage audits with service providers, and advise on legislative changes, contributing to a lean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR/IR experience.
• Experience in Industrial Relations matters.
• Hands on experience in dealing with contractors labour management for a bigger organization.
• Hands on experience in liaising with various Government authorities at middle and senior level.
• Experience in drafting letters while replying to various compliance matters with Government

• Ensure adherence to the contract labour management policy.
• Facilitate audits and coordinate with service providers and auditors.
• Assess risks related to contract labour deployment and propose improvements.
• Manage statutory compliance within the plant and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Contract Labour Administration :

Ensure adherence to the contract labor management policy.

Facilitate audits and coordinate with service providers and auditors.

Assess risks related to contract labor deployment and propose improvements

KRA: Deployment of contract labour in line with policy Statutory compliance

Statutory Compliance

Manage statutory compliance within the plant and ensure adherence to labor laws

Advise stakeholders on legislative changes and ensure alignment with updated legal requirements.

KRA: Statutory compliance - All applicable statute to Factory, Education and Awareness

Liason with Government Authorities / external agencies

Build and maintain relationships with key statutory authorities

Ensure effective implementation of compliance standards for all applicable statutes.

• MSW/ MBA in HR
