Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) in Bengaluru is seeking skilled personnel for production operational roles.

The position focuses on achieving hourly targets, reducing production losses, and ensuring safety, quality and adherence to work instructions on the shop floor. Responsibilities include deploying skilled manpower, conducting regular audits, training new associates, and driving 5S and CIP standards across lines to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Hourly target setting for operators and compliance check through process confirmation.
• Analyze production losses (Daily Basis) and implement systematic solutions to production issues.
• Regular communication to operators on safety, quality and production.
• Deployment of skilled manpower to lines.
• Ensure operators work according to standards (work instruction, handling instruction, etc.).
• Eliminate production-related failures through systematic problem solving methods.
• Maintain and improve 5S in the responsible area.
• Conduct regular audits (LPA/LPC).
• On-job training for new associates.
• Adherence to standards (Point CIP).
• Schedule adherence plan vs actual for respective lines.
• Achieving KPI targets defined for respective lines; associate training & skill level (TQS).
