Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Bengaluru seeks a Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical Stations to ensure safe operations and high equipment reliability in our electronics manufacturing area. You will perform breakdown and preventive maintenance on Mechanical SPMs, dispensing, PCB pressing and PCB routing machines, drive KPIs such as Technical Availability, MTTR and MTBF, and manage spares with cost optimization.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechatronics or related fields and 2-4 years of maintenance

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical.
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Safety-focused with KPI awareness (MTTR, MTBF, etc).

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Mechanical SPMs, Dispensing, PCB Pressing, PCB routing machines.
• Ensure safety in the assigned area and uphold safety standards.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as Technical Availability, MTTR, MTBF, and manage spares and costs.

• > Responsible for safety in the assigned area.
• > Responsible for break down and preventive Maintenance of Mechanical SPM's, Dispensing,PCB Pressing,PCB routing machines etc
• > Need to take care of KPIs like Technical Availability, MTTR, MTBF and IDC
• > Responsible for spares management and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechatronics /Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical.
