Job summary

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd in Maharashtra, India, seeks a seasoned Quality/Process Engineer to lead Statistical Process Control, data analysis and improvement efforts in automotive components QA.

You will apply PFMEA, Control plans and IATF core tools, maintain ISO 9001 compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence for brake system parts. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience in automotive quality.

Qualifications

• Essential: SPC & Process Capability study.
• Essential: Strong problem solving skill (e.g., 8D, Shainin).
• Essential: Proficient with Analytical Quality tools.
• Essential: Proficient with IATF Core tools (PFMEA, Control plan).
• Essential: Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality systems.
• Essential: Proficient communication skills.

Essential:

• SPC & Process Capability study
• Strong Problem solving skill e.g. 8D, Shainin etc.

• Proficient Comunication skill

Desirable:

• Experience in Automotive part quality
• Knowledge of Braking system in 4 wheelers
• Certified IATF Auditor
• Exposure of VDA6.3 Audit system
• Risk based thinking
• Good Presentation skill
