Job summary

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd seeks an experienced Finance Controller to drive MIS reporting and transfer pricing governance for ESP, NBS and 2WP. You will partner with BU controllers to ensure accurate profitability analysis and cost control within SAP environments.

The role requires CA/CMA with 10+ years of experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage high workloads and tight deadlines in a dynamic automotive setting.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA with 10+ years experience.
• Within Bosch: SL1 or potential SL1 with TP1 letter.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• MIS and reporting for ESP, NBS & 2WP: Monthly reports, forecasts, and business plan validation.
• Coordinate transfer prices for CKD, pass-through, and related TP compliance.
• Monitor customer sales price, profitability and GM1 analysis.
• Operate iGPM-MCR for project cost updates, cost tracking and period end closing.
• Analyze IFRS15 and INDAS115 for audits and BU reporting requirements.
• Control Capex budget and input business plan data for PPC roll-up.
• Compute EVOB for new business/projects/part numbers.
• Inventory controlling, actualization and overhead loading.
• Guide and mentor ESP plant controller, NBS BU & 2WP BU controllers.

Job Description

• MIS and reporting for Business Units: ESP, NBS & 2WP - Monthly Business Reporting, Current Forecast, Long term planning (BSM) & Business Plan.
• Coordination of transfer prices for CKD & pass through business and AA & 2WP Compliance related to transfer pricing.
• Customer sales price monitoring and controlling as well as customer profitability and GM1 analysis.
• Operating of iGPM-MCR for Project cost update, period end closing and project level cost tracking for BU reporting.
• Analysis of IFRS15 and INDAS115 working for audit and BU reporting requirements.
• Controlling of Capex budget.
• Input of Business plan data for PPC roll-up & validation.
• EVOB calculations for new business / projects / part nos.
• Inventory controlling, actualization and overhead loading.
• Ensure accounting on proper cost center & GL code for expenses.

Guide, Mentor ESP plant controller, NBS BU & 2WP BU controller and review reporting of three direct reporting M&SS.

Qualifications

CA / CMA with 10+ years experience.
