Job summary

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is hiring for an Automotive Quality role based in Maharashtra, India. 6–10 years of experience in automotive part quality is required, with strong SPC, problem solving, and IATF core tools knowledge. Certification as an IATF Auditor is a plus.

Responsibilities include SPC & process capability studies, data analysis, internal system audits, and leading improvements using 8D/Shainin methodologies. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production/Production Engineering is required.
• 6–10 years of experience in automotive quality.
• Experience with SPC, process capability and data analysis.
• Certified IATF Auditor is preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Statistical process control activities and SPC studies.
• Drive problem solving using 8D/Shainin methodologies.
• Conduct internal system audits and drive data-driven improvements.
• Apply analytical quality tools and IATF core tools (PFMEA, Control plan).
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
