Job summary

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to manage inbound and related activities. The role covers receiving, putaway, storage, issue of parts, and coordination with external warehouses and internal plant teams.

Responsibilities include leading contract labour, line balancing, SAP BOM and Material Master maintenance, and coordinating with suppliers and LSPs to optimise inbound processes. Five years in logistics/Stores mgmt is preferred.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with a diploma in management science preferred.
• Minimum five years of work experience in Logistics/Stores management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound logistics operations including receiving, inwarding, putaway, storage and issue of parts.
• Lead and manage a team of contract labour; handle line balancing and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate inbound transport management, freight bill verification and stock accounting.
• Create and maintain BOM and Material Master views in SAP.
• Coordinate with suppliers and LSPs, WH owner and resolve administrative issues.
• Oversee inbound packaging design and testing; coordinate with IPN on RPP and optimisation.
• Manage shift operations and coordinate outbound logistics including shipping and billing.
