Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) in Bengaluru seeks engineers with 1–3 years in manufacturing and SAP/change management knowledge to drive Engineering Change Management. You will review ECRs, maintain trackers, and coordinate with PDM, CLP and QMM for timely approvals.

The role emphasizes readiness testing, trial planning, and KPI-driven monthly reporting within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Electronics or Mechanical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and change management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Maintain ECR tracker and provide technical confirmation for changes.
• Initiate EWAK service requests and participate in daily team meetings.
• Update daily trial status and coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).
• Check BOM during date changes to avoid conflicts with upcoming ECRs.
• Ensure technical readiness and trial execution in production lines.
• Attend ECR weekly meetings with CFT and participate in production planning.
• Prepare weekly trial plans and monthly KPI reports.
• Ensure timely ECR approvals from Plant side and coordinate with PDM, CLP, QMM for on-time approvals.
• Ensure on-time Master Data creation for 10-digit & 13-digit codes.
• Oversee on-time implementation of HW & SW changes.

Job Description

• 1) ECR review and approval
• 2) Maintain ECR tracker

• 16) Ensure ECRs are tracked on time and reviewed
• 17) Ensure on time Master Data creation for 10 digit & 13 digit
• 18) On time implementation of HW & SW changes along

Qualifications

Electronics Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience preferably in the manufacturing companies in the same industry with SAP and Change managment knowledge
