• Implement ECR changes and assess impact on WI.
• Conduct hands-on and theory training sessions.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and correct mistakes in real-time.
• Document training sessions, attendance and progress reports.
• Address employee queries or challenges in skill development.
• Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments or observations.
• Update and refine training materials based on production feedback.
• Conduct refresher training for employees who need improvement.
