Job summary

PwC Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to drive agile delivery for GxP applications across a global, multi-site program. You will lead ceremonies, manage Jira configurations, and collaborate with site PMs and architects to ensure smooth delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience, BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech, or MBA, with strong Jira admin and ServiceNow capabilities to support integration and migration planning at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in large, multi-site programs.
• Strong knowledge of Jira administration and configuration management.
• Experience with GxP applications and security planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and unblock teams across 20 sites.
• Ensure Jira CI items and dashboards align with project goals.
• Develop and maintain security plans for GxP applications.
• Coordinate with global PMs and site-specific architects.
• Identify blockers and escalate to drive delivery.
• Manage environments and migration plan for applications.
• Assist in Epic vs Task planning for board clarity.

We are looking for seasoned Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• GxP applications
• Scrum master should know that your documentation should cover security plan for a Gxp application
• Configuration Items in Jira
• Scrum master should be familiar with creating a configuration item (CI) in Jira. Previous Scrum master didn’t even know what is a configuration item. Jira Admin expertise is preferred.
• Story Point Assignment
• Praveen created the claude skill and that that did an automatic Story Point assignment.
• Coordination
• I want my scrum master to lead from front in conjunction with the Site‑specific PMs. They are from global team who will be responsible for each site, there’s also a business process technical architect for each site.
• Jira Dashboard
• With Claude skillset, what I’m seeing is that we have just 1 dashboard where people can just see the work across 20 sites. So, people dont have to log into twenty dashboards. Praveen helped to create that one dashboard for twenty sites.
• Integration keys
• When we don’t have an API keys, it becomes very difficult to do that integration. So that API keys has to be obtained for all the instances of 20 sites.
• Scrum master should highlight such issues as blockers.
• Environments
• Scrum master should know how many environments are available for each application. Plan for the migration as part of the project
• Epics/Tasks
• Scrum master should suggest this cannot be epic and this should be tasks. This has to be just a board with a list of tasks. I’m seeing people who are creating complicated boards
