Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager-level professional for its Advisory line focused on Data, Analytics & AI. You will lead PMO governance and drive project/program management for healthcare-related initiatives, ensuring clear visibility of scope, milestones, risks, and decisions.

Strong communication to SLT and cross-functional teams is essential. The role requires 5–10 years of PMO experience, certifications are preferred, and a background in data analytics is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project/program management.
• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives.
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives and ensure visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Manage issues/risks with RAID and ensure proper RCAM integration.
• Oversee the integrated project plan and communications to SLT, project teams, and steering committees.
• Demonstrate strong MS Tools skills, including MS Project, PPT, and memo communications.

Responsibilities

• 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, business transformation
• Healthcare domain experience desired
• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for the initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, ensuring clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Manage issues / risks. Good RAID management expertise with a blend of RCAM
• Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team. Good project planning skills.
• Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. – good communication skills
• Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications
• Managing workstream execution for projects.
• Good at tracking and monitoring progress and unblocking issues.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts.
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project / program management certification preferred
