PwC in India is seeking a Manager-level professional in Data, Analytics & AI to lead change management and communications delivery. You will assess requirements, plan and deliver change activities, and manage diverse stakeholder networks across global teams.

Responsibilities include developing change impact assessments, readiness plans, and communication strategies, with strong emphasis on ADKAR or equivalent frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in change management and communications delivery.
Proven record of leading transformational change programs including digital transformation, SAP ERP deployments, operating model change, cultural change and M&A.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
Experience working in matrix organizations and with senior leadership.
Expertise in communication strategy, planning and delivery.
Knowledge of human-centric design, workshop facilitation and agile change methodologies preferred.
Ability to manage global, virtual and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience applying ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
Experience with persona mapping and change journey design.
Prosci or APMG certification preferred.
PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Flexible to work across global time zones based on business needs
