Job summary
PwC in India seeks a Manager for Data, Analytics & AI to design and build data solutions, pipelines and integrations, enabling data-driven decision making for clients. You will lead data engineering efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in change management and communications delivery.
- Experience leading transformational change programs including digital transformation, SAP ERP deployments, operating model change, cultural change and M&A.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in matrix organizations and with senior leadership.
- Expertise in communication strategy, planning and delivery.
- Knowledge of human-centric design, workshop facilitation and agile change methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessment of requirements, detailed planning and delivery of change and communications activities.
- Create and execute business change impact assessments and change action plans.
- Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and ensure buy-in for project delivery.
- Apply and adapt ETO change and communication methodologies, tools and frameworks.
- Identify, mobilise and manage the project change network.
- Design and execute business readiness and adoption plans.
- Lead communication planning, stakeholder engagement strategies, messaging and content development.
- Collaborate with sponsors, GPOs, TPOs, Finance, Communications and other partners.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best practices compliance.
