Job summary

PwC in India seeks an experienced Change Management lead to design and deliver enterprise-wide change and communications programs. You will assess requirements, plan change activities, and manage diverse stakeholder networks across functions to ensure adoption and success.

With 8-12 years of experience, you will drive strategy, leverage ADKAR or similar frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix setup to enable digital and operating model transformations for clients.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in change management and communications delivery.
• Proven record of leading transformational change programs including digital transformation, SAP ERP deployments, operating model change, cultural change and M&A.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills; global/virtual team leadership.
• Experience with ADKAR or equivalent frameworks; change journey design.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assessment of requirements, detailed planning and delivery of change and communications activities.
• Create and execute business change impact assessments and change action plans.
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and ensure buy-in for project delivery.
• Apply and adapt ETO change and communication methodologies, tools and frameworks.
• Identify, mobilise and manage the project change network.
• Design and execute business readiness and adoption plans.
• Lead communication planning, stakeholder engagement strategies, messaging and content development.
• Collaborate with sponsors, GPOs, TPOs, Finance, Communications and other partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best practices compliance.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience applying ADKAR or equivalent frameworks. Experience with persona mapping and change journey design. Prosci or APMG certification preferred. PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Flexible to work across global time zones based on business needs
