• Should have worked on Implementation projects
• Client facing implementation experience
• Understanding of project methodology and life cycle process
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on Configuration Experience in:
• Country India Payroll localization
• OM and PA configuration experience
• Core payroll architecture, including wage types, payroll areas, pay periods
• Configure country-specific tax models, statutory deductions, social security and retirals components
• Gross-to-Net Processing using Personnel Calculation Rules and Schemas to handle complex calculations
• Configuration of Finance positing requirements
