As a Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Should have worked on Implementation projects
• Client facing implementation experience
• Understanding of project methodology and life cycle process
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Hands‑on Configuration Experience in:
• - Country India Payroll localization
• - OM and PA configuration experience
• - Core payroll architecture, including wage types, payroll areas, pay periods
• - Configure country‑specific tax models, statutory deductions, social security and retirals components
• - Gross‑to‑Net Processing using Personnel Calculation Rules and Schemas to handle complex calculations
• - Configuration of Finance positing requirements

Mandatory skill sets: SAP HCM Payroll

Preferred skill sets: SAP HCM Payroll, SF Payroll Years of experience required: 4 yrs+
