Hands‑on Configuration Experience in:

• Country India Payroll localization
• OM and PA configuration experience
• Core payroll architecture, including wage types, payroll areas, pay periods
• Configure country‑specific tax models, statutory deductions, social security and retirals components
• Gross‑to‑Net Processing using Personnel Calculation Rules and Schemas to handle complex calculations
• Configuration of Finance positing requirements
