Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior UAM Deployment Lead to manage SAP S/4HANA release deliveries and oversee a team of Security Analysts. You will drive readiness across all project phases, coordinate planning and execution, and ensure compliant role design and access controls.

This role requires deep SAP GRC and S/4HANA authorization knowledge. You will coordinate cutovers, provide hypercare, and report on KPIs while advancing the UAM framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or Engineering)
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in international companies
• At least 5 years of people management or team leadership experience
• Expertise in business role design and SAP security concepts
• Experience managing ERP deployment programs in complex environments
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts
• Familiarity with SOX, GxP, IT, and Privacy requirements
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Specialist knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and other identity management tools
• Good understanding of SoD, mitigation, and remediation concepts
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent oral and written English skills
