Atharv Consultants in Chandigarh is seeking an Export Import Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end documentation for imports and exports. You will coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and custom brokers to ensure smooth clearance.

The role requires MBA IB/FT and at least 1 year in import/export documentation, DGFT familiarity, and accuracy in filing Bills of Entry and E-Way Bills.

Qualifikationen

• MBA IB/FT is required.
• 1+ year experience in export/import documentation.
• Experience with DGFT processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and brokers.
• Coordinate customs clearance and resolve customs issues.
• File Bill of Entry in a timely manner to avoid late filing charges.
• Prepare E-Way Bills.
