Balaji Niryaat Pvt Ltd in Kolkata invites applications for an import operations role. Freshers are welcome, with eligibility criteria of 6 months exposure. You will manage import processes, coordinate with CHAs, ensure accuracy of customs paperwork, and assist with stock updates and invoicing.

You will work with freight forwarders, monitor bill of entry compliance, and handle required invoices and certificates of origin. The position is based in Kolkata, India.

Responsabilités

• Import management, coordinating with CHAs regarding customs clearance, tendering and auctions generation, payments, stock updating and invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of import documentation.
• Monitor compliance of bill of entry and import documents to ensure accuracy of customs regulations.
• Release PO to factory according to stock.
• Request and compile necessary customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents.
• Coordinate with CHAs and freight forwarder.
• Import draft document, checking and approve.
