Job summary

Leegality is hiring for Consent-In to support SMB demos, onboarding, and deployment activities in a primarily on-site, client-facing role. You will assist enterprise accounts as needed, guide customers through setup, and collect product feedback to drive time to value.

The role targets entry-level to junior candidates with exposure to SaaS or cloud products and a willingness to travel for deployments. Fluency in English (Hindi helpful) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products.
• Prior exposure to customer onboarding, product demos, technical support, or pre‑sales is preferred.
• Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable.
• Ability to travel to client locations for extended deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage SMB Demo and Implementation deals for Leegality Consentin, with emphasis on Free plan users.
• Assist Enterprise clients on implementation and deployment activities as a secondary responsibility.
• Guide SMB customers through self‑service setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure quick go‑live.
• Gather feedback on product experience during the customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
• Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage SMB Demo and Implementation deals for Leegality Consentin, with a primary focus and special emphasis on supporting Free plan users.
• Assist Enterprise clients on implementation and deployment activities on the side as a secondary responsibility.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products (entry‑level / junior candidates welcome).
• Prior exposure to customer onboarding, product demos, technical support, or pre‑sales is preferred.
• Understanding of kubernetes, docker and deployment workflows is preferred
• Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.
• Willingness to learn on‑premise deployment concepts and assist senior team members on enterprise accounts.
• Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable
• Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments
