Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist to simplify and secure client onboarding across EOR and Managed Services. You will be the primary contact for clients, steering implementation plans, coordinating across internal teams and partners, and driving platform setup and training.

You will manage timelines, deliverables, and risks while ensuring smooth handoffs to Sales and Client Success, and maintaining strong client relationships across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or client success.
• Basic understanding of EOR, global employment, payroll, HR, or Managed Services.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused, with the ability to follow established processes, identify risks, solve problems, and elevate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients through Safeguard Global's products, services, and implementation journey.
• Own implementation projects, maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Support EOR and simple Managed Services implementations across areas such as Payroll, HR/Benefits, Accounting, and Entity Management.
• Drive technology setup and deliver platform training to clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate go-live forecasting and deliver proactive client communication.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Success to ensure smooth handovers, successful transitions, and a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
