• Production Experience: Proven track record of managing high-availability environments and on-call incident response.
• System Diagnostics: Expert ability to triage complex multi-tier applications and perform root-cause analysis.
• SQL Mastery: Strong technical capability in writing advanced SQL queries to troubleshoot data layers and performance lags.
• Cloud Architecture: Hands-on proficiency deploying, monitoring, and scaling core services within enterprise cloud environments.
• Automation Mindset: Passion for writing scripts and tools to eliminate manual work and reduce operational toil.

• Production Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority incidents in live environments to meet strict uptime SLA/SLO goals.
• Application Support: Analyze application logs, trace performance bottlenecks, and optimize the reliability of core business services.
• Database Management: Query, optimize, and debug relational databases using complex SQL scripts to maintain data integrity and speed.
• Cloud Operations: Provision, scale, and manage infrastructure components across enterprise Cloud platforms using infrastructure-as-code.
• Incident Automation: Post-mortem failure analysis to build self-healing tools and eliminate repetitive operational work
